Materials: 925 silver, Sterling silver, 14kt gold overlay, black rhodium


This beautiful piece is solid sterling silver and I spend many months carving the mould, trying to include as much detail as possible. You can actually see the suction cups on the tentacles. The octopus is finished with black rhodium over sterling silver and the mermaid has a 14kt gold overlay finish for a stunning contrast. The chain goes through the top tentacle and there is also a hook on the back. It's a very interesting and unique combination, a true conversation piece!
